7 MLM Gotchas We're Not Afraid To Tell You About - Because Land Mines Explode Whenever You Step Near Them!

7 MLM Gotchas We're Not Afraid To Tell You About! Including Why You Must Beware of Non-Producers & Company Jumpers Disguised As Leaders Who Bounce From Company to Company Getting Paid To Come & Take Unsuspecting Distributors with Them.

(CLICK TO LISTEN TO PRE-RECORDED TRAINING / AUDIO VERSION) Its funny, in today's times there are so many network marketing companies popping up week after week. We call them the 'flavor of the month' companies and there are lots of them -- and it can be confusing. And I want you ladies and gentlemen to be cautious and know that you gotta stand for something or you'll fall for anything. Take the time to learn your business and be loyal to what you believed in when you joined, especially since its working and because the Youngs and Team Amaxyng are better than anything else out there! It's so important that you plug in to everything so that you'll know that. Because company jumping will make a fool out of you, drain your bank account and those who unfortunately follow you -- and your reputation will ultimately be worthless after a while and no one will listen to you unless they've been fooled into thinking you're actually someone capable of building anywhere you flee to.

And whether you decide to remain with the company you've selected and be an impact player along your journey and build an empire or not, there are some red flags you need to know about from someone who knows the pitfalls. If you were in a war you'd want to know where all the land mines were, wouldn't you? Because I don't want anyone of our Team Amaxyng family members to get blown up and blown off their trail in network marketing, here it goes:

1. You've gotta look at the company's ownership. You have to 'Look at the Leadership'. When you get in network marketing you must be involved with leadership that knows and understands network marketing inside and out, from both the sides as owners and distributors; Ours is the best in the business.

2. And anytime someone tells you about a company and its 'So-Called Strong Upfront Money...' (that's supposedly huge). Watch out. Run from recruiters who say "I made $10,000.00 upfront in my first week - everybody earns that within their first thirty days." ~ RUUUUN Fast... Because, that company has a totally front-loaded comp plan where you make money often mostly from sign-up fees; the pay is all piled up front and rarely any money in the residual or long term sustainable income for its distributors or elsewhere you can actually get it. And I promise, the recruiter will be talking about another company six months from the day they try to lure you and your sign-up money over their way. I promise you every company I hear that from dies down and you never hear from the person again after a few months. Its upfront money only, not long- term money, at all. In network marketing you want to build your business with bricks not straws ~ very, very important. You want a business that will last. 3. Watch Out For Really Crazy Qualifications. Anytime a company has crazy qualifications and a comp plan that you barely can understand; And you have to be a combination of Super Woman, Bruce Lee, Chuck Norris, Jet Lee and Wonder Woman all wrapped into one, to hit the top -- I caution you to run the other way. What happens, is, those companies don't want you to hit the top. And it is going to be impossible for a new person who has never done networking, to ever hit the top. Run from companies where you have to have five separate legs or organizations.

4. 'Upgrades In The Middle of the Comp Plan' to unlock the comp plan ~ What I mean is, when someone says you gotta spend and additional $2,000 dollars or $1,000 monthly or $500 more monthly at some point in order to get most of the money in the comp plan.. Or when they tell you every single month, you must upgrade to get two or three more cases of the product every month (Gimmicky Internal Consumption) in order to unlock the comp plan. That's why I chose Xyngular. 120 pts run you to the top at all times, of the marketing plan, without any upgrades. And thats one of the gotchas we don't have to worry about.

5. 'Binaries Vs Unilevels' -- I'll tell you from experience a unilevel comp plan will outlast any other opportunity any day of the week. When it comes to Binaries -vs- unilevels, Unilevels are number one. And binaries are number two; The bottom feeders are those matrix programs. The difference between Unis and binaries: I'll give it to you in a nutshell. Anytime someone calls you for a binary, know that you have to do double the work for half the pay; unless it is attached to a binary and you actually get paid on both legs. Wherever you are, you have to build. Xyngular is ideed a masked binary. You will only get paid in Xyngular based on 60% / 40% off of you two biggest groups ultimately. That's legs hidden inside of a single leg.

6. 'Pay to Play'. That's why we chose Xyngular -- they have integrity and refuse to pay begging washed up has been leaders who can't build any more and search for companies who still think they have it going on to pay them. We learned this the hard way after repeatedly unwisely and naively following someone to the "next better company," only to learn that they were only going to company 3,4, 5, and 6 because they were getting paid to come and bring the real recruiters who made them a fortune while struggling themselves, legitimately trying to build in the unfair, unlevel playing fields of unethical companies. See, Xyngular refuses to give people a dime to come to our company. But they're not the only ones. There are good honest companies out there. We've seen it for ourselves first hand and "missed-out" on adding "so-called" leaders to our family. What you want is total transparency between the ownership and the leadership and field. Any time you hear that "So-and-So-Big-Wig" is getting $100K to bring their team...Run the other way! A lot of people get hurt because of this. All they are doing is creating smoke and mirrors and showing checks up front that they didn't earn fairly and you could never ever earn, building the traditional way. Also beware when a true integrity driven builder leaves after they've achieved a goal like Platinum Director... Perhaps they've figured out something about the company they thought was amaxyng, that isn't so amaxyng after all and they've lived the comp plan and learned some hard lessons you shouldn't wait to learn for yourself! Beware also of the scorned company they've left behind. Don't participate in sullying the good name of a fellow distributor who doesn't deserve it just because the company needs you to believe they are for fear that you might follow them. http://www.LawrenceYoung.com

7. 'Watch Out for Sneaky Fees' companies charge. Companies are getting away with high way robbery charging for web sites and monthly fees. Lots of companies charge ridiculous amounts for monthly fees. Don't fall for it.

You've just got to understand the industry and you must learn your company and get involved with the leadership and build your business. Become a impact player, not a bench warmer and know the truth!

And often good people get caught up with living in the past; reminiscing about what they did in a company ten years ago, but doing nothing NOW. Many are simply burnt out, non-producers; They live off of their past reputation and you could fall for them because you cannot see their downline report, only their old edification; nor are you aware of their inability to build anymore. And rather than remain exposed to their sponsor, embarrassed or defeated, resentful, even ~ they'll drag unsuspecting good men and women who still believe in their hype, to the next better "company." Don't fall for it. If you can't build with us.. And although you'll love your team members and hate so see anyone leave... Remember, "If your presence doesn't make an impact, your absence won't make a difference."

The perplexing secret is: Most people say they want these things and they worship celebrities who have them; and they like watching reality shows where others experience these things... But the secret is, they honestly believe obtaining Time Freedom, Opportunity and Lifestyle is grandiose and farfetched, beyond their personal grasp.

Further, the very people you love and care about are deliriously content driving at 'dark-thirty' in the am, through snow and sleet, everyday to J.O.B.s that keep them struggling to make ends meet. It normal to them. And sadly, they'd rather take comfort in calling your opportunity a pyramid so that they can get you to leave them the heck alone. The worst part is, many of you will allow their cop-outs to deter you and cause you to give up on your business to, rather than strengthen your mindset and remain faithful to your mindset transition ~ your quest to win!

This blog seeks to change the way you navigate along your journey (in this business of Relationship Marketing, Network Marketing,) and in life. It will make you far more forgiving and more understanding of the loving family members and well-meaning (often) useless friends that YOU have allowed to liter your life through the years. Understanding the 'People Perplexity' will help to save you time and alleviate frustration as these people who you think you can definitely count on blow you off and tell you NO, with the greatest of ease.

See, there are two different kinds of people in the world. 3% of em' are the ones who create and get wealth... while the other conditioned 97%ers go out and look for work. They are told what they're worth and they seldom disagree.

These people are the same people who have unknowingly, yet relentlessly instilled this mindset in you and others... Our wonderful well meaning moms, dads, sisters, brothers, sr., co-workers (who should serve as living proof that J.O.B.s don't work); friends, church members, bowling partners and the neighbors you've unconsciously observed since childhood, abandoning their houses in the morning never to return until nightfall, having traded time for dollars, earning just enough money to return the next day. And they refuse to be deterred from this habit, by you. So don't beg and don't be disheartened - Remember, It's A "Poor Dads" world. Just know who they are and move on until you find prospects who are looking for you and who want something different for themselves. Because your wanting it for them will be futile.

Cows are pretty funny looking actually. Kinda cute, even. But you wouldn't want to be one... would ya?

After you read this, you must make the distinction and decide which best describes people you'll encounter -- and for that matter... which best describes even you. And most importantly decide what you'll need to do to change your situation -- if you don't like the description.

(LETTER TO MYSELF)
(My alter ego wrote me a letter many years ago and I want to read it to you - And be careful, if you find yourself having a problem hearing this, it could mean you're like I was, offended, because the truth hurts.)

"Dear Tam, I think we might be a cow" I've discovered we've been systematically em-bred as a cow - though we were born a Rhino. It all happened so fast, I looked up and all our friends are cows too and they love it. We've learned to play together in the mud and manure and decided that the beaches were something nice to look at in magazines and at movies; and we're beginning to think its ok that our jobs have dictated our pay and our bosses own our time and at this rate, we'll never experience anything magnificent or magical.

But did you know we were all actually born as a Rhinos, with strong spirits, unbroken, possessing the power to create magic in our lives? Did you know we all proved that when we beat out the millions of other sperm cells and swam our way upstream and won the game of the amazing human race from the very beginning? But somehow, we got lost in the cow pasture and we've become conditioned, trained cows.

So many people like us, become brainwashed passive creatures, grazing day by day in the pastures (at work,) believing that it is impossible to take control of their lives and their destinies.

They became voluntary victims of the system. Then sadly they look up and ten, twenty, thirty years have passed and they had kids and they've forgotten their dreams. So... What else have we learned about COWS? Well, Cows like to complain all the time. It makes them feel better about the misery in their lives; And they generally complain to other cows. Because, Rhinos don't generally want to hear their negativity. Frankly, cows make them uncomfortable. Heck, Rhinos make most cows feel equally uncomfortable, too. Rhinos are always talking about the possibilities and their "unrealistic" dreams.

And if you give a cow some regular income, a few benefits, some insurance, (co-pay), throw in a few days of vacation, promise a pension that's going to pay them 30% of what wasn't enough in the first place -- A COW WILL GIVE YOU THEIR LIFE FOR IT! Cows try their best to live risk free existences in their pastures. And they teach their young cattle to graze beside them. If it's easy, they want it. If it's comfortable they'll take it. If it's traditional, they're open to it. And by all means, if all the other cows are doing it, then it must be the right thing to do.

They just do what the system tells them to do to be successful. But in the end, the system lies and the outcome is not success, it is discontentment and disillusionment and disappointment in ourselves and those who taught us these life lessons. It's retiring broke and needing to find another J.O.B. at 75 years old, with zero retirement income or social security.

Their negativity just bounces off or gets rammed with our tusks. (And if anyone tries to cut them off, they'll grow back).

We were all born with the Rhino spirit, we owe it to ourselves and to our children to claim our birth rights; we owe it to ourselves to be deprogrammed, and we owe it to ourselves to be set free and let out of the pasture! The Skinny On Building Haphazardly With Facebook & Buying Leads From FB Predators... Is That Really Working The Business?

We are enjoying our team immensely; MLM First Timers and Old Timers - as well as the Seasoned Professionals we are continuously attracting daily from around the world.

Just the other day, as we left a packed out presentation Party, someone asked: What kind of commitment will I need to win in this business? And what kind of work will I really have to do? Should I use Facebook? And should I buy those leads list from the people who keep trying to sell them to me on FB? Great questions.

The Answers: Commitment and work ethic are indeed the most important components in this business ~ along with Consistent focused action, Excitement that is infectious, Goal setting and Having a healthy positive attitude. That's what we all need to win in this business. And of course in this day and age, a solid grasp /understanding of the tremendous value of Social Media -- that's also vital. (Think with the end in mind. The senior you --- will be glad the novice /just-starting-out MLMer you captured every contact you touched throughout your network marketing career -- and still have access to them through auto-responders and so many other SEO-Musts. But you gotta be willing to put the consistent work in.

And one of the most critical keys to becoming a successful professional MLMer and a diligent business builder in this business, is commitment. If you don't have it, you might as well quit today. The problem is, most people don't understand what committed/work in this business really is and FB predators are counting on you wanting that quick 'Skip-The-System-Get-Rich Lick.'

<>While the powerful social media is a free way for you to expose your product and can frankly, when used properly, explode your business's presence with strangers / cold market -- The bad news is, the average person that comes in and thinks mere commenting and RAOF and LOL all day on FB... and posting addresses on FB, is only the way they can win; and its really the only and best way to maximize their business? -- Only, It's NOT. It's merely a little icing on the cake. Now don't get me wrong, FB is a monster and you can sign up a lot of folks if you now how to manipulate the search bar an be specific by searching for characteristics, people, cities, states, titles that suit your needs... But you cant just spam them. It won't yield any results. (FILL OUT THE CONTACT FORM AND ASK FOR OUR SEO and FB TRAINING TRICKS)

And don't be that jerk with the habit of posting your website on everybody's pages all day, either. That's not what what working your business looks like, either. You might be committed to this type of "working," but I promise, it's not actually 'WORKING', in our business.

Even if you've heard through the grapevine or seen for yourself, that some awesome, albeit lucky some body found somebody in Mexico just by posting his web site on FB -- and now he's making a fortune off that person... You need to know that that lucky somebody lucked up on a LEADER -- And he doesn't have todo any of the work for that leader. RARE! And that person, was dilligent, patient, and relentless when posting and following up with the leads and contacts they make on FB.

So, quite a bit of FB skill, planning and SEO mastering went into that kind of "luck." And we wish you the same kind of success on FB, because, while it can absolutely happen if you have the right training and you understand the 3 C's of Creating Traffic | Capturing Leads | Converting Them To Actual Sales...

Typically, landing on an MLM expert who randomly actually wants to work with you, doesn't always happen. Regardless of what popular Online Predator "Leads Expert" keeps emailing you and promising you they'll be in your team if you buy their overused, over-sold and re-sold robo-call list. There are literally millions of the same people feeding at a breakneck pace off of the same unsuspecting list of people who are sick and tired of the calls and emails. And now here you'll come to pitch your opportunity/ company.

In a fairness, NOT ALL LISTS ARE BAD LISTS... BUT, THERES SO MUCH MORE TO UNDERSTANDING THAT PART OF THE GAME and we don't want you to be naive. Not always, but oftentimes, the people on many of some of "those lists" get two and three daily calls from different predators victims, all using the same lists. Some of the sellers of these lists are often good men and women, have never built their own organization in MLM-- -or- companies are no longer willing to pay them to join their company. So, now they've reinvented themselves as experts and they're successfully branding themselves on the wonderful and FREE FB (AKA FAKEBOOK) where, lucky for them, nobody has exposed them as impostors. Dont be lazy and look for the quick route. It's not always as quick as you'll expect. You still have to put th work in. Decide what you want out of your MLM journey in the end. And have a plan. WHAT WILL SUCCESS LOOK LIKE TO YOU.

No one can argue with the fact that there is tremendous value in mastering how to generate traffic online, capturing the leads that come from this expertise and converting them to sales while you're building your MLM traditionally... But back to TRADITIONAL MLM - And "What is committed/work" in this business? Piquing daily and three-waying into the web site and into the conference calls; Using the DVD and putting people in front of presentations; and moving product. THAT'S working in our business.

Think about your commitment level and work ethic daily and ask yourself, How committed to my business have I been today? How many FB likes did I click on? If my team did exactly what I did, would I have made any money today? How many three ways did I conduct today? How many people did I invite to listen to Team Amaxyng's conference calls this week? How many other people's cool looking company ads did I click like on and how did that activity = income -- did that activity help me to grow MY business? Have I scheduled my presentation Party and invited properly?

Committed work includes being accountable to your business and not looking for the quick lick on FB. Set solid goals, using the Team Amaxyng System provided on the Team DVD. And commit to get to Manager; then Silver Manager; then Gold Manager - CAT QUICK. Those should be the immediate goals you're working toward and are committed to. And by all means, let your 'FB FRIENDS' know what you're doing.

If you don't somebody else surely might. The fact of the matter is, 'Strong-Tie' belly-to-belly relationships create lasting relationships; shared experiences; a million times better than twitter relationships and fb piquing.

'Strong-Tie' relationships are better than 'Weak -Tie' relationships created and recruited on Facebook . You want both, but a great percentage of the recruits you lure from social media, will yield ineffective outcomes; Its a great piquing & 'campaign' tool for sure. But once you get em, how do you build consensus amongst those you've attracted (with whom you have no personal ties) and convert them into builders committed to your company, your vision, your team, your mission? I don't believe a twitter a stream or FB will make you rich in MLM. That's my opinion.

Network Marketing Secrets ~ Traits Likened To Fish ~ Useful When Edifying and Much More...

We Want You To Learn More About The Traits Of The People You Seek To Attract To Your Team - And We Liken Every Personality To These Particular Fish Which We've Narrowed Down To Four.

This 'Understanding Traits' Lesson Will Make Your Prospect's Dominant Trait's Unmistakable To Miss.

Are You A Whale, A Shark, An Urchin, Or A Dolphin ? ~

Maybe you're a Whale / Shark - or a Shark with a little Dolphin in you; Or perhaps you're An Urchin with a big Orca stripe running down your side. Perhaps You're A Little of Each With Stronger Emphasis On One 'Fish' Trait In Particular.

Often times we pique someone and we immediately want to tell them all about your companies Compensation Plan, Or I shutter at the thought that one might go on and on about the product details and the jet black cocoa and geranium flower and kelp found in our company's vitamin; Or we firehose them with details about the way our particular team is helping others.

Ever thought you might be boring the prospect. And they just might not get excited about the highlights you've chosen to elaborate on?

Perhaps you're just not speaking their language. Understanding the language of a prospect or the varying interests of a prospect can be difficult if you're not aware of what matters to them; What means the most to them and is a hot-button, so-to-speak, to them. (not what is of interest to you - or what you hope they'll be interest in) Understanding that everyone you pique, and what drives them will be different, is critical.

You may think you know what someone's hot button is, but what if you're mistaken?

What if you think someone will join because they need money, when in fact, they're just looking for a group to belong to and to add meaning to their lives? What if they're more concerned with finding new ways to help their church or charity and in actuality they are completely turned off by people who talk about money all of the time? This is why understanding personality traits and letting your upline know (when you can) who they're speaking to on your behalf prior to a three-way.

Just this little tid-bit alone can be is vital to your success.

Grasping this lesson should be really important to any MLMer as you build your business. Because you can oftentimes, shoot yourself in the foot spouting 'WHALE-TALK' to a 'SHARK' and visa versa. And here is a tip from a die-heart Dolphin, you can bore the eyebrows off of a 'DOLPHIN' really quickly, when speaking 'URCHIN-TALK'.

So, listening closely (without interrupting) to what interests a prospect, and paying attention to what they tell you after hearing a call or watching a presentation video, is your job.

When you ask, "What Did You Like Most About What You Just Heard or Saw," ~ they'll tell you. "I liked the fact that they're making money" (Now that's SHARK-TALK). Or perhaps they'll tell you, "I love your team's teamwork and the fact that The Youngs encourage helping others." (That's WHALE-TALK). When they say, "Sounds like you guys are having a ball ~ Where's the party at?!" (That's a DOLPHIN) folks ~ AND last but not least, "I need to know more, I have a lot of questions, like: Where do they get the fruit that goes in the juice and how much Vitamin B and K is really in that pill of yours?" (They just might be an URCHIN).

EDIFICATION AND USING THE INFORMATION YOU RECEIVE TO HELP YOU:

Because Edification is the Key ~ You'll Want To Master This. Edification Saying Something Good About Someone Else. Removing Yourself From The Equation and Allowing Someone Other Than Yourself To Be The 'Expert'. Done Well, this what makes your prospect want to meet someone else other than you, whom they'll respect in fact, because of you and your edification of them.

When edifying an expert prior to a three way call, we edify using all four 'Fish Traits' to each prospect, because it is generally impossible off the cuff to know which trait is anyone's most dominant.

So when asked to tell someone everything, we resist the urge and we close our mouths and we graciously refuse, saying, "I'd like for you to hear about this awesome opportunity the way I heard it ~ from someone I have so much respect for: Mr. -Or- Mrs. Expert. They're (SHARK) Making a ton of money or positioned to make a ton of money;
They're (DOLPHIN) Having a whole lot of fun;
(WHALE) Helping Other People;
(URCHIN) And they have 100% of the facts. Allow me to introduce you to, Mr. or Mrs. Expert".

And understand, anyone can be 'The expert.' It's all in the way you edify them. If you edify Donald Duck properly, he could be an expert.

But remember, always edify using all four traits. Why? Because you never know who you're talking to. And when you do, by listening and ascertaining details, the 'expert' can edify with more emphasis on a particular trait. The prospect will feel like they know the 'expert' and they will be more receptive to him or her.

And because the purpose of a three-way phone call is to INVITE ~ The edified 'Expert' can invite the prospect out to hear more about what he or she is interested in, attracted to and eager to learn more about.

CRICKETS! Time and time again, people show you who they are. It's our job as professionals, is to listen and move on to the next impostor or leader. But that's the whole point. You will find the leaders if you're focused enough to sift through the impostors, prayer warriors, idiot box ers, thinkers and quitters. You're sorting. That's what we do. Pray for patience. You'll need it as a warrior against poverty!

YOU'RE NOT ALONE: Yes, we fellow MLMers go through exactly what you go through....

People. That's our business. And we have to pique through enough of them, daily ~ without weeks at a time in-between. I know for a fact most people don't adequately go through their warm markets "top to bottom of the list" and they most certainly don't ask every single prospect for exceptional leads. Otherwise they wouldn't run out of people. It's mathematically impossible. And even the most seasoned MLMers don't pique enough cold market. And when they do pique cold market, oftentimes, they're saying too much. The good news about our business is, people are not scarce.

FOLLOWING UP: Follow up by simply asking them what they like most and put them on the phone with an expert you've properly edified to invite them to the next event. If they're not interested, don't beg.

Professionals sort, amateurs sell! Keep all prospects info for later. And follow up monthly. A #1 Sales Professional offered me this sage advice: "Follow up until they buy or die! (Yikes) But if you don't follow-up, someone will, eventually. And the very same person that wasn't interested then, will surely get interested in something or someone else, eventually and will be calling you eventually, to pique you. lol

SECOND GUESSING YOURSELF ON THE FOLLOW UPS: Stop second guessing yourself. Remember, you can never say the wrong thing to the right person. Besides, if you're conducting three-way calls you won't have to worry about what you're saying, because someone else is inviting your prospects for you anyway, NOT YOU.

Keep piquing or stop wasting your time in MLM and go after your true dreams. That's a fact. If you desire to win, you categorically WON'T if you're not constantly plugging in with new guests. That's a fact! Stay in PHASE 1 and pique and get new people in front of a presentation, daily. Forget the BSers. They've sorted themselves for you. You just aren't listening. Besides, People can only BS you for so long. However long, you ask? Well, as long as you let them.... That's how long.

Network Marketers: Are Women Better Network Marketers Than Men?

The massive appeal that women possess to both genders is undeniable, indeed. Though, I'm not sure if such a single minded statement can be made without offending the men folk. Such a broad assumption could be seemingly unfair and a bit of an over-generalization for some's taste. However, it's something to think about. And I can say that women bring characteristics to the table that are truly unique -- and attractive in this business of Attraction Marketing.

And if a recent Women's Leadership in Michigan led by Tamara Young, was any indication, women are certainly a very dynamic force to be reckoned with, in this powerful millionaire-making industry! In the spirit of all that was beautiful, women joined forces to give meaning and voice to what has become an unquenchable quest to change their lives.

Like most, a recent leadership in Farmington Hills, Michigan was a standing-room-only event, action- packed, exciting and deliciously uncommon!

Nearly 70 women celebrated their sisterhood and common business bonds while snacking on nachos, shrimp fried rice, german chocolate cake, pound cake, champagne and endless strawberries and whipped cream! And after a few leftover bottles of Cooks, the remaining few even came up with a theme song. "I Should Have Piqued Her..."

Training by coachable, phenomenal women who have benefited from The Young's leadership and training, was a must see, on The Importance of Conducting 3-Ways; Making your List,' with an uncommon enthusiasm that rocked the house! ~ Identifying the Traits of a 'Strategizing Sally' and a 'Know-It-All Nelly'; Driving home the importance of being coachable! ~ Our leaders even unveiled a hilarious training on Polly the Politicer.

Yours truly, VP Tamara Young engaged her favorite group of gals with the dangers of becoming 'Gettin Ready To Get Ready -- Gracie' -- while others enlightened us with laughter and the liabilities of wasting time with 'Lazy Lizas.'

There was a tremendous training on having a Positive Attitude and Bringing The Future Into The Present and Treasure Mapping. And more than ten awards and recognition certificates were distributed, totaling more than $6000.00!

We appreciate everyone's enthusiasm and contribution to make this Presentation & Leadership Gathering at this MTV Crib, most memorable.

While Tamara especially thanks Gayle Smith for her incredible compensation plan presentation and quote, "Dance Through The Pain"... She equally appreciated her awesome ladies for the gift of Veuve Clicquot! (hiccup)

Admist the laughter and jubilation, the tears and the training...
